IPPT GOLD
Hahahaha. i was aiming for gold all along, and now i finally got it! Still remember the days back in bmt, so wasted - only short of 2 chin ups to gold.
IPPT gold was never easy, but as long as there is a will, there is a way. Chiong like hell for the 2.4km run.. and finally it ended. 9.41 .. sibei tyco.. 4 more secs then silver liao. Big up to 2LT Justin, he's not my sir but then he still motivate me and lead me to sprint for the last 100m. If not for him, i wouldnt be able to get gold. Thanks!
To all my friends in da army, train hard and strive for the best! Remember nothing is impossible! :P

A Story From the Mental Hospital
Nam weng and Mary were both patients in a Mental Hospital. One day, while they were walking past the hospital swimming pool, Nam weng suddenly jumped into the deep end. He sank like a stone to the bottom and stayed there. Mary promptly jumped in to save him. She swam to the bottom and pulled him out.
When the medical director became aware of Mary's Heroic act, he immediately ordered her to be discharged from the hospital, as he now considered her to be mentally stable.
When he went to tell her the news, he said, "Mary, I have good news & bad news.
The good news is you're being discharged because since you were able to jump in and save the life of another patient, I think you've regained your senses".
"The bad news is that Nam weng, the patient you saved just hanged himself in the bathroom with the belt of his robe. I am so Sorry, but he's dead".
Mary replied, "He didn't hang himself, I put him there to dry"
